My Work

I hold a BA in Art History from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and maintain a detail-oriented studio practice grounded in close observation and sustained engagement with materials. Drawing has been important to me since childhood, and I continue to value the dynamic relationship between hand, tool, and surface as both meditative and analytical.

Working primarily in pencil and colored pencil, I focus on intimate detail, often drawing from forms in the natural world. My early study in an Ecology magnet program and my academic training in Art History have trained my eyes to value each component equally while assessing the whole.
